We are a family owned and operated business. That means we treat our customers like they are one of our own. We strive to build long-lasting relationships with our customers and stand behind our work 100%. Whether it is a simple ac tuneup or full blown furnace/ac change out we aim to please.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I worked for larger companies in the past and realized I could give people better service on my own along with much better pricing.
What do you love most about your job?
I love interacting with my customers and every day it's a different adventure.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
More than one occasion I've been told that our work is the neatest and most professional that they have seen.

As Project Manager, and later Vice President and Treasurer, Bob has been responsible for a wide range of duties at Riverlift–from job costing and bids to ordering materials, handling equipment needs, and hiring and managing labor. He currently serves as President.
Cheryl handles a wide range of duties, including providing quotes, daily reporting to customers on inventory and shipping, monitoring costs and inventory, accounting, insurance and much more. Through all of her duties, Cheryl’s primary mission is absolute customer satisfaction.
Tom has more than 20 years of experience as a transportation manager and has been RiverLift’s Manager of Trucking Operations since March of 2008. He maintains constant contact with RiverLift customers to ensure that their products are delivered safely and on time.
